Registration Information

Information needed for new student registration:

• Data card
• Data form completed and signed by legal guardian
• Proof of legal residence (water bill, gas bill, electric bill, or rental/lease agreement)
• Proof of immunizations
• Birth certificate
• Social Security card
• Proof of current physical (applicable only for first time admission in Robertson County)
• Home language survey form filled out
• Custody papers (if applicable)
• Proof of appropriate grade placement (transfer slip preferred; current report card may be acceptable)
• Release of records request signed

Note: Your child must turn 5 years old on or before September 30 to enroll in Kindergarten this school year.
